Learning is a life-long process. As a result, each Agricultural Education program in South Carolina offers an adult education component to reach out to the community to provide training for farmers, homeowners and others with interest in agriculture. Troy Helms, Associate State Director of Agricultural Education, and Executive Director of the SC Farmer and Agribusiness Association, with Clemson University, will cover the essentials for success for an adult education program in agriculture and how to maximize its benefits for both the community and the school.
