This session provides an overview of how various teaching styles will open a window of strategies based on student learning style; to further engage students and know how they learn. Educators are provided with an understanding of the four components of the Multisensory Approach (MA): Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic, Tactile (VAKT); and recognize students who exhibit difficulties in the classroom setting. Participants will engage in group collaboration activities demonstrating the four components. In the many years teaching students with special needs, MA has been the core of student success.
