SCRLA estimated the food service industry generated $10.7 billion in sales within South Carolina during 2018. Preparing students for employment opportunities in this field is crucial. Participants will have ample opportunity to ask questions and discuss concerns related to preparing their students on topics such as food science, logistics, management, and economics.
